02 — DESIGN & PLANNING
Turning ideas into a considered plan. We work alongside you and the relevant designers, architects and consultants to develop your project.
Throughout the design process, we consider aesthetics, functionality, buildability and budget — ensuring the design is not only beautiful, but practical to deliver.
03 — SCOPE & PROPOSAL
Clarity before construction begins. Once the design has been developed, we prepare a detailed scope of works and project proposal.
We work through the details, selections and project requirements so you have a clear understanding of what is included, how the project will be delivered and the investment required.
04 — PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Preparing every detail. With your project approved, we coordinate the final documentation, selections, permits, consultants, trades and construction schedule.
Careful preparation at this stage allows us to resolve details before arriving on site and ensures your project is ready for a smooth commencement.
05 — CONSTRUCTION
Bringing your project to life. Our experienced team manages your renovation from commencement through to completion, coordinating trades, materials, quality and scheduling throughout the build.
You’ll receive regular communication and project updates, keeping you informed while we focus on delivering the workmanship and attention to detail Casia Group is known for.
06 — HANDOVER & AFTERCARE
Finished with the same care it started with. Before handover, we undertake a detailed quality inspection to ensure your home meets our standards.
We then walk you through the completed project, provide the relevant documentation and warranties, and remain available throughout the aftercare period. Because for us, a project isn’t simply about completing a build — it’s about delivering a home you’ll enjoy for years to come.
